Stefano Daino began working professionally as a demonstrator of major audio editing workstations in the 1980s.

With a degree in electrical engineering and specializing in numerical signal processing and programming for real-time audio signal processing applications, Stefano Daino in the second half of the 1990s designed and developed D-SoundPRO, a graphical audio file editor for macOS.

He then worked for TC-Works for which he designed and developed Spark, an editing and mastering program for macOS, and then, from 2002, designed and developed DSP-Quattro.

The latter has received various awards in the international arena, and is still in production and continues to evolve. His expertise not only covers design on macOS, but also includes application development for iOS.
