Vittorio Solimene began piano studies at the age of 12 and at 15 was admitted to the three-year academic jazz piano program at the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome .

  • 2017 ,earned a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Piano Performance with a grade of 110 cum laude.
  • 2020 he completed his studies at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome, obtaining a two-year degree with a grade of 110 cum laude with honorable mention.
  • He was a student of Ramberto Ciammarughi, Roberto Tarenzi, Pierpaolo Principato, Dario Zeno, Alessandro Gwis, and Pat Bianchi.
  • 2017 won first prize overall in the soloist section of the “Paolo Randazzo” competition, was a finalist in the “Chicco Bettinardi” competition.
  • 2016 and at the “B-Jazz International Contest” in March 2017, in both in the section for groups.

He has the opportunity to perform with musicians from the Italian and international scene including: Kurt Elling, Rosario Giuliani, Fabrizio Bosso, Gegè Telesforo.

On May 6, 2017, he was invited as a guest of the Auditorium Parco della Musica’s Resident Jazz Orchestra for a tribute to Massimo Urbani.
