Maria Pia De Vito – voice, Danilo Rea – piano, Enzo Pietropaoli – double bass

Project started a few years ago as a tribute to the great art of Joni Mitchell. “So Right” is to tread very lightly the jazzy path of his music, through contemporary philosophies (think of Bjork, for many, the true prosecutor of a part of his musical actions). An ambitious and difficult project that touches “sacred” chords in the historiography of the most intelligent modern popular music. A gamble that, as it happens, only a group of great jazz musicians, definitely qualified and professional could take.
